Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on the following business day from when they were placed. Standard UPS or USPS shipping is free in the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges will apply on any expidited shipping and/or shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states. Return and Exhange Policies

At Michaelhealy.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our sincere goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us in the future. Should you receive a product that you would like to return or exchange, our experienced customer service staff is just a phone call away and will guide you through the process.

Michael Healy.com offers a 30 day return or exchange policy for orders placed on our website. Products must be in the original box and in new condition. The return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any refunds will be credited to the card that was originally used to purchase the item.

Return or Exhange Process

Step 1 - Acquire authorization
To begin the return or exchange process, please call 1-800-995-0988 Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST and one of our trained customer service representatives will provide you with a return authorization number and the address your item should be shipped to.

Step 2 - Package and ship the product being returned
Package the item in a suitable box and include all of the original packing materials and hardware. Please write your return authorization number on the outside of the box and make sure to insure the package for the full value of the product.

Step 3 - Inspection and refund or exhange
Refunds and exchanges are processed only after MichaelHealy.com has inspected the returned item and found it to be in new condition. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided for damaged items. If you are exchanging an item for an item of differing value the original credit card used will be refunded or charged the difference between the original price and the new price.

NOTE: Refunds and Exchanges will not be provided on items that are returned without a prior return authorization or are returned in damaged condition.
